Agiled–the CRM tool for now and future

Agiled appears to be quite promising; we are still learning about it, but I’m impressed by how much it can do. After reviewing a few software, I narrowed it down on Agiled and I found my decision was perfect.

It appears to be an all-in-one tool, and I’m excited to watch it develop. It has plenty of room to do so, such as adding triggers and enhancing workflows, but it appears to be on the right track.

One feature I’d like to see is the ability to integrate payments into the appointments. I can automate the issuance of an invoice when one is paid, but the other way around makes more logic to me. For the time being, I’ll have to rely on my appointment tools because several functions are unavailable.

We haven’t evaluated all of the options and functions yet, but the first three, CRM, HRM, and Projects, have already made me happy. I’ll need more time to look into the rest of it (maybe it is a never-ending trip :D). For me, the user experience is excellent.

The night mode is a non-CRM feature that saves my eyesight. The UI team did a fantastic job!

We’re still studying how to get the most out of it for use. Before adaptation in our projects, with the goal of eventually making use of the amazing potential to re-green the platform’s availability to our clients.

We are still waiting for them to release the multi workspaces future that is now in development, so it is preventing us from setting everything up as we need it, but we are making use of the wonderful training they provide to enhance our understanding of how to utilize the platform.
